Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may exchange or return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible.
Customers must fill out our contact form here to request a return or exchange within 30 days of having received their orders. Your proof of purchase must accompany your returned item(s) in order to process your refund or exchange.
At any time, Eleni Décor reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange as well as reimbursement on shipping and handling charges.
Conditions:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been used/modified/altered/washed.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Refund or exchange will be based on the original method of payment and the amount actually paid for the merchandise.

Refunds
We will ask you to send us a picture of the item(s) that you would like to return. Once your image is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Returns will be credited to the credit card used in the original transaction within 7 business days of refund approval. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email here.
